Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HIF-1 beta (ARNT) is part of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator gene family.
It plays a critical role in oxygen homeostasis and is involved in the cellular response to hypoxia.
HIF-1 is a heterodimer consisting of HIF-1 alpha and HIF-1 beta subunits. Under normoxic conditions, HIF-1 alpha undergoes hydroxylation and degradation, while HIF-1 beta remains stable.
Diseases associated with HIF-1 beta dysfunction include hypoxia-related conditions and renal cell carcinoma.
