For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HIF-1 beta (ARNT) is an aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator involved in mammalian oxygen homeostasis.
HIF-1 is a heterodimer composed of HIF-1 alpha and HIF-1 beta subunits. Under normoxic conditions, HIF-1 alpha is hydroxylated and degraded, whereas under hypoxic conditions, it is stabilized and transcriptionally active.
HIF-1 beta remains stable under both conditions and plays a role in diseases such as hypoxia and renal cell carcinoma.
Hypoxia contributes to various pathological conditions including myocardial and cerebral ischemia, cancer, pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
