For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HIF-1 beta (ARNT) is a nuclear protein involved in mammalian oxygen homeostasis. It forms a heterodimer with HIF-1 alpha, regulating transcriptional responses to hypoxia.
Under normoxic conditions, HIF-1 alpha is hydroxylated and degraded, while HIF-1 beta remains stable.
Dysfunction of HIF-1 beta is associated with hypoxia-related diseases and renal cell carcinoma.
HIF-1 beta contributes to the pathophysiology of myocardial and cerebral ischemia, cancer, pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
