CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소와 상호작용합니다.
혈관 내피 세포 접합부에 주로 존재하며, 세포 간 상호작용, 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
