Target Information
FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 노란-녹색의 가시광을 방출하는 형광 염료입니다. 이 방출은 여기 광이 제거되면 즉시 중단됩니다. 형광 표지는 세포, 조직 등의 생물학적 구조 내 항원-항체 상호작용을 빠르고 정확하게 시각화할 수 있게 합니다.
FITC는 단백질에 쉽게 결합하며, 생물학적 활성을 손상시키지 않아 면역형광 기술에서 널리 사용됩니다. 또한 FITC 표지 단백질의 분리나 배경 신호 제거를 위한 항-FITC 항체 기반 실험에도 활용됩니다.
