Target Information
AKT1 (PKB alpha)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 세포 생존을 조절합니다. 활성화된 효소는 다양한 세포 유형, 특히 암세포에서 여러 표적을 인산화하여 세포자멸사를 억제하고 세포 주기 진행을 촉진합니다. 이 단백질 키나아제는 인슐린, PI3K, IGF1 및 다양한 성장·생존 인자에 의해 활성화됩니다. Akt는 포크헤드 전사인자와 caspase-9을 포함한 여러 표적의 인산화를 통해 세포자멸사를 억제함으로써 세포 생존을 촉진합니다. AKT 경로는 암 치료제 개발의 주요 표적 중 하나입니다.
