Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Cdc34 accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. It catalyzes Lys-48-linked polyubiquitination and cooperates with E2 UBCH5C and the SCF (FBXW11) E3 ligase complex for NFKBIA polyubiquitination, leading to proteasomal degradation. It also regulates cell cycle progression through ubiquitination of MYBL2, KIP1, and WEE1 kinase, and participates in degradation of β-catenin. Cdc34 activity is targeted by human herpes virus 1 protein ICP0.
