Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
MAP3K3 (MEKK3) directly regulates MAPK8 and ERK pathways by phosphorylating multiple MAP2Ks. Northern blot analysis revealed a 4.6-kb transcript ubiquitously expressed. This protein regulates SAPK and ERK pathways by activating SEK and MEK1/2 respectively, but not the p38 pathway. In cotransfection assays, it enhanced transcription from an NFκB-dependent reporter gene, indicating a role in the SAPK pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
