Target Information
TLK1 (Tousled-like kinase 1)는 핵 내 serine/threonine kinase로, 염색질 조립 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. TLK1은 처음 Arabidopsis에서 보고되었으며, DNA 손상 체크포인트의 새로운 표적입니다. TLK1은 이온화 방사선 노출 시 빠르게 비활성화되며, 이는 S-phase DNA damage checkpoint에 의해 직접 매개됩니다. DNA 이중가닥 절단, 복제 차단 또는 낮은 자외선 조사량에 따른 TLK1 활성 억제에는 ATM, NBS 및 CHK1이 필요합니다.
