Product Specific Information
For maximum recovery, spin prior to use. Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg kinase sizes are not recommended; use material in original packaging until exhausted. For larger sizes, aliquot preparation can reduce freeze/thaw cycles (aliquots below 20 µL not recommended). Do not store diluted kinase. Properly stored at -80°C, product is guaranteed for 6 months from purchase.

Target Information
STK39 (STLK3) is involved in the cellular stress response pathway. It is activated in response to hypotonic stress, leading to phosphorylation of several cation-chloride-coupled co-transporters. STK39 activates the p38 MAP kinase pathway, and its interaction with p38 decreases during cellular stress. It acts as an intermediate in the cellular stress response and is an independent risk factor for hypertension in men. Intragenic SNPs of STK39 can interact and function in blood pressure control.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
