- For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).

Target Information
TESK2 (testis-specific kinase 2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase with an N-terminal kinase domain, belonging to the TESK subgroup of the LIMK/TESK family. TESK2 is structurally similar to TESK1 and LIMK kinases, predominantly expressed in testis and prostate, and plays an important role in spermatogenesis. It phosphorylates cofilin at Ser-3, inducing formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions.
