Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
