- Each lot’s sensitivity is confirmed using ELISA.
- Specificity is verified by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
- Reconstitution: Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water; allow to stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product is overfilled to ensure complete recovery.)
- Centrifuge to remove particulates.
- Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
- Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin goat serum immunoglobulins.
