Target Information
Mouse IgG is an immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, Mouse IgG is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is widely used in research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research including immunotherapy and vaccine development.
