- For Western Blot, this antibody has non-specific bands at 100 kDa and 50 kDa.
- Not suitable for use with Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin).
- Predicted to react with human and chimpanzee based on sequence homology.

Target Information
GAP43 (Neuromodulin) is associated with nerve growth. It is expressed by developing and regenerating neurons, and to a lesser extent by reactive glial cells. GAP43 is a major component of the motile growth cones that form the tips of elongating axons and plays a role in axonal and dendritic filopodia induction.
