Description:
2F1 단클론 항체는 마우스 Killer cell Lectin-like Receptor G1 (KLRG1, Mast cell Function-associated Antigen, MAFA)와 반응합니다. KLRG1은 당화된 30–38 kDa 소단위체의 호모다이머로, 세포질 내에 ITIM(immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif) 유사 서열을 포함합니다.
KLRG1은 마우스 NK 세포의 약 1/3과 일부 T 세포에서 발현되며, MHC class I 분자와 Ly49 억제 수용체를 통해 SHP-1 신호전달로 조절됩니다.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 가능.
Applications Tested: 마우스 비장세포(flow cytometry)에서 테스트됨. 0.25 µg/test 이하로 사용 권장. 1 test는 최종 부피 100 µL 내에서 세포 수(10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)에 따라 조정. 최적 조건은 실험적으로 결정 필요.

KLRG1(Killer cell lectin-like receptor G1, MAFA, 2F1-Ag)은 lectin-like type 2 transmembrane receptor 계열에 속하는 억제성 수용체로, 세포질 도메인에 ITIM을 포함합니다. ITIM은 단백질 인산화효소 SHP-1의 SH2 도메인과 상호작용합니다. KLRG1은 NK 세포 및 일부 T 세포에서 발현되며, 종양세포 및 바이러스 감염 세포의 용해와 면역 반응 조절에 관여합니다.
