Product Specific Information

이 CXNFT 단클론 항체는 마우스 NOS2 (iNOS, inducible nitric oxide synthase)에 반응합니다. NOS 효소는 L-아르기닌으로부터 산소 및 NADPH 의존적으로 일산화질소(NO)를 생성합니다. NOS1(nNOS)과 NOS3(eNOS)는 항상성적으로 발현되며, NOS2는 IFN-γ, TNF-α 등의 염증성 사이토카인에 의해 유도됩니다. NOS2는 M1 대식세포 및 myeloid-derived suppressor cell에서 발현됩니다.

Applications Reported:
이 항체는 세포 내 염색 후 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 사용 가능합니다.

Applications Tested:
자극된 마우스 복막유출세포에서 intracellular staining 및 flow cytometry로 검증되었습니다. Intracellular Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product #88-8824-00) 또는 Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00)을 사용할 수 있습니다.
사용량은 ≤0.06 µg/test이며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정합니다. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 적정이 권장됩니다.

Target Information

iNOS (Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase)는 세포 간 신호전달에 관여하는 무기성 자유 라디칼 NO를 생성합니다. 간세포, 대식세포, 평활근세포 등 다양한 세포에서 발현되며, LPS 및 사이토카인 자극에 의해 유도됩니다. NOS 효소는 L-아르기닌을 산화시켜 L-시트룰린과 NO를 생성하며, 세 가지 동형체(nNOS, eNOS, iNOS)가 존재합니다. iNOS 활성 이상은 식도이완불능증, 발기부전 등과 관련이 있습니다.
