Target Information

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDPK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. It forms a hexamer with isoforms encoded by NME1 and NME2. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist, encoding the same isoform. Co-transcription with the upstream gene NME1 can produce a fusion protein sharing sequences from both gene products.
