Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature (RT).
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Target Information
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. It forms a hexamer with isoforms A (NME1) and B (NME2). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same isoform exist. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) encoding a protein sharing identity with both gene products.
