Product Specific Information

  • Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Target Information

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. NDK exists as a hexamer composed of A (encoded by NME1) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified. Co-transcription of NME1 and the upstream NME2 gene produces naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) encoding a protein with sequences from both genes.
