Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. NDK exists as a hexamer composed of A (encoded by NME1) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) encoding a protein that shares sequence identity with both gene products.
