Target Information

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDPK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. It forms a hexameric complex with isoforms encoded by NME1 and NME2. Multiple alternatively spliced transcripts encode the same isoform. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates fusion proteins sharing sequence identity with both gene products.
