Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RORA is a receptor for retinoic acid belonging to the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. It binds as a monomer or homodimer to the retinoic acid response element, regulating gene expression and cellular function.
RORA interacts with NM23-2, NM23-1, CDK7, NCOA3, and NCOA6, and is expressed in mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow, influencing bone matrix component modulation.
It is widely expressed across tissues, and chromosomal aberrations involving RORA may contribute to acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
