Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RORA is a receptor for retinoic acid belonging to the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. It binds to retinoic acid response elements as a monomer or homodimer to regulate gene expression and cell function.
RORA interacts with NM23-2, NM23-1, CDK7, NCOA3, and NCOA6 coactivators and is expressed in mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow, modulating bone matrix components. It is widely expressed in most tissues.
Chromosomal aberrations involving RORA may be associated with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
