For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

PRRX1 (paired related homeobox 1), also known as PMX1 or PHOX1, is a 245 amino acid protein with one OAR domain and one homeobox domain, belonging to the paired homeobox family.
Localized to the nucleus, PRRX1 acts as a transcriptional co-activator enhancing serum response factor (SRF) activity and regulating muscle-type gene expression.
PRRX1 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms, PMX1-A and PMX1-B.
