For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ZFP36 is a probable regulatory protein with a novel zinc finger structure involved in the regulation of responses to growth factors.
Knockdown of ZFP36 increases macrophage gene mRNAs and inflammatory TNF protein release, while overexpression decreases these levels, indicating its role in macrophage gene expression regulation.
ZFP36 can be phosphorylated by JNK and other MAP kinase family members.
Inappropriate production of ZFP36 may contribute to higher rheumatoid arthritis disease activity and is associated with prostate cancer outcomes.
