SERPINB4는 squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) 또는 leupin으로도 알려져 있습니다.
이 단백질은 인간 granzyme의 단백질분해 활성을 직접 억제하며, HeLa 세포에서 SERPINB4의 과발현은 재조합 granzyme 유도 및 NK 세포 매개 세포 사멸을 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
