Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CITED1 gene encodes a member of the CREB-binding protein/p300-interacting transactivator family (CITED). The protein, also known as melanocyte-specific gene 1, functions as a transcriptional coactivator and may play a role in melanocyte pigmentation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been reported.
