Target Information
FUCA2 (Alpha-L-fucosidase)는 glycosphingolipids 및 glycoproteins의 말단 alpha-L-fucosidase 결합을 가수분해하는 효소입니다. 인간에서는 최소 2개의 다형성 alpha-L-fucosidase가 존재하며, FUCA2 유전자는 혈장 및 섬유아세포 내의 alpha-fucosidase 수준을 조절하지만 백혈구에서는 조절하지 않습니다. Fucosidosis에서는 혈장과 백혈구 모두에서 alpha-L-fucosidase 결핍이 발견됩니다.
