Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (UBE2L3 and UBE2L6) and transfers it to target substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation.
Induces apoptosis via a p53/TP53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression can reduce the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, a pro-apoptotic protein, leading to protection from cell death. However, it is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
