Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RNF144B is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that transfers ubiquitin from E2 conjugating enzymes (UBE2L3 and UBE2L6) to target substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation.
It induces apoptosis via a p53/TP53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression may reduce the stability of BAX, a pro-apoptotic protein, leading to protection from cell death; however, RNF144B is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
