Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HPRT1 is a transferase enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate by transferring the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate.
This enzyme plays a central role in the purine salvage pathway, essential for purine nucleotide generation.
