Target Information
IL10RA 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 인터루킨-10(IL-10)의 수용체로, 인터페론 수용체와 구조적으로 유사합니다.
이 수용체는 IL-10의 면역억제 신호를 매개하여 염증성 사이토카인 합성을 억제하며,
insulin receptor substrate-2/PI3-kinase/AKT 경로를 통해 전구 골수 세포의 생존을 촉진합니다.
활성화 시 JAK1 및 TYK2 키나아제의 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체(하나는 단백질 코딩, 다른 하나는 비코딩)가 보고되어 있습니다.
