Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IL10RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 10, structurally related to interferon receptors. It mediates the immunosuppressive signal of IL-10, inhibiting synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor promotes survival of progenitor myeloid cells via the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and one non-coding, are known.
