Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IL10RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 10. This receptor is structurally related to interferon receptors and mediates the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, inhibiting the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. It promotes survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. Two transcript variants have been identified: one protein-coding and one non-coding.
