Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IL10RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 10, structurally related to interferon receptors. It mediates the immunosuppressive signal of IL-10, inhibiting synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. The receptor supports survival of progenitor myeloid cells via the IRS-2/PI3K/AKT pathway and activates JAK1 and TYK2 kinases upon stimulation. Two transcript variants exist, one protein-coding and one non-coding.
