Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- This purified antibody has been heated to 56°C for 30 minutes.
- Recognizes both native and recombinant human IL-7 in ELISA and other immunoreactive assays.
- A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.
Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine constitutively produced by stromal cells in the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through IL-7R to promote differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
