Product Specific Information
This ESB7C2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Eos (IKZF4, ZNFN1A4), a zinc finger transcription factor and member of the Ikaros family.
Eos shows high homology with Helios and can form homo- and heterodimers with Ikaros. Initially identified in astrocytes, Eos is involved in osteoclast differentiation and negative regulation of gene expression in Foxp3-expressing regulatory T cells.
Applications Reported:
- Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
- Tested with mouse splenocytes using the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00).
- Recommended staining time: ≥60 minutes.
- Additional washes: 3× after fixation, 2× after staining.
- Use ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
- Optimal titration recommended for best performance.
