Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) exists as a hexamer composed of A (encoded by this gene) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms.
Mutations in NME1 have been found in aggressive neuroblastomas.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.
Co-transcription of NME1 and neighboring NME2 generates naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) encoding a protein sharing identity with both gene products.
