Adgrl1 (Latrophilin-1)은 α-latrotoxin(검은과부거미 독소)에 대한 고친화성 칼슘 비의존성 수용체로, 신경세포 및 내분비세포의 대량 분비(exocytosis)를 유도합니다. Adgrl1은 TENM2와 결합하여 시냅스 세포 간 접촉과 시냅스 후 특이화를 매개하며, 배출 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
