For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The Ras superfamily of small GTPases includes Ras, Rho, Arf, Rab, and Ran families. Ras-regulated signaling pathways control essential cellular processes such as actin cytoskeletal integrity, proliferation, differentiation, cell adhesion, apoptosis, and cell migration. These GTPases act as molecular switches cycling between inactive GDP-bound and active GTP-bound forms.
Mutations in Ras family proto-oncogenes (H-Ras, N-Ras, K-Ras) are found in 20–30% of all human tumors, including non-small-cell lung, colorectal, pancreatic, bladder, kidney, thyroid, melanoma, hepatocellular, and hematologic cancers.
