Target Information
IFN에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 단백질로, 바이러스의 세포 내 유입을 억제합니다.
바이러스가 엔도사이토시스를 통해 세포 내로 들어오는 것은 허용하지만, 이후 융합 및 내용물 방출을 차단합니다.
인플루엔자 A 바이러스, SARS-CoV, Marburg virus (MARV), Ebola virus (EBOV), Dengue virus (DNV), West Nile virus (WNV), HIV-1, VSV 등 다양한 바이러스에 대해 활성을 보입니다.
또한 세포주기 정지와 p53 비의존적 caspase 활성화를 통한 세포사멸을 유도합니다.
