- FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석액 10 µL을 사용하여 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)를 표지합니다.
- IHC의 양성 대조군으로 편도 또는 골수를 권장합니다.
- 항원 회복(heat treatment, protein digestion)은 필요하지 않으나, 파라핀 포매 조직의 염색은 pronase 또는 citrate buffer 열처리로 향상될 수 있습니다.
- Mouse anti-Human CD34 antibody, clone QBEND/10은 인간 CD34 항원을 인식합니다.
Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
CD34는 줄기세포 표지자로 알려져 있으며, 세포 부착, 분화, 증식 조절에 관여합니다.
골수 기질세포나 세포외기질에 대한 부착을 매개하는 접착 분자로 작용할 수 있으며, 선택틴(selectin)과 결합하는 당사슬의 발현에 관여합니다.
세포 내 영역은 단백질 키나아제 C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
CD34 이상은 dermatofibrosarcoma 및 neurofibroma와 관련이 있습니다.
