Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune responses such as T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
