The monoclonal rat IgM κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Applications Reported:
Rat IgM Isotype Control eFluor® 450 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. It should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
