For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The protein encoded by the CDKN2C gene is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. It interacts with CDK4 or CDK6 to prevent activation of CDK kinases, thereby regulating cell cycle G1 progression.
Ectopic expression of this gene suppresses human cell growth in correlation with wild-type RB1 function. Studies in knockout mice indicate roles in spermatogenesis regulation and tumorigenesis suppression.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
