For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The protein encoded by CDKN2C is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. It interacts with CDK4 or CDK6 to prevent CDK activation, functioning as a cell growth regulator that controls G1 cell cycle progression.
Ectopic expression suppresses human cell growth in correlation with wild-type RB1 function.
Knockout mouse studies indicate roles in spermatogenesis regulation and tumorigenesis suppression.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
