Target Information
SIAH-2 (seven in absentia homolog 2)는 단백질 기질의 유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아좀 매개 분해를 촉매하는 E3 리가아제입니다.
324 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, 인간 SIAH-1과 77%, 초파리 sina 유전자와 68%의 서열 상동성을 가집니다.
SIAH-2는 TRAF2와 HIF-1α prolyl hydroxylase 3 (PHD3)를 분해 대상으로 하며, 저산소 조건에서 발현이 증가합니다.
또한 TNF-α 의존적 JNK 활성 유도 및 NFκB 전사 활성화를 억제할 수 있습니다.
SIAH-2 결손 생쥐는 저산소 상태에서 호흡 반응이 저하되고 헤모글로빈 수치가 감소하는 특징을 보입니다.
