AS 4C5 모노클로날 항체는 인간 ASH2L을 인식하며, 전사 조절 인자로 보고된 단백질로 조혈 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다.
Western blot에서 full length 및 reduced ASH2L을 검출하며, Immunocytochemistry에서는 핵질과 세포막에서 ASH2L을 염색합니다.
Mouse ASH2L과는 교차반응하지 않습니다.

Target Information
인간 ASH2L 유전자는 628개의 아미노산으로 구성된 ASH2L1 (isoform 1) 단백질을 암호화하며, 핵 이동 신호와 PHD finger motif를 포함합니다. 예측 분자량은 68.7 kDa이며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 60 kDa 및 56.5 kDa isoform이 존재할 수 있습니다.
인간 ASH2L은 Drosophila ash2와 60%의 상동성을 가지며, mouse ASH2L과는 90% 상동성을 보입니다.
주로 성인 심장과 고환, 태아 폐와 간에서 발현되며, 성인 폐·간·신장·전립선 및 특정 백혈병 세포주(K562, Hel, Dami)에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
세포 분화 유도제(예: phorbol ester, hemin)에 의해 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 조혈 과정 및 특정 백혈병 유형과 연관이 있습니다.
또한 ASH2L은 β-tubulin 및 β-catenin과 상호작용하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
