This Dan11mag antibody recognizes Eomesodermin (Eomes), also known as T-box brain 2 (TBR2).
Eomes is a T-box transcription factor homologous to T-bet, essential during trophoblast development and gastrulation.
In the immune system, Eomes regulates differentiation of effector and memory CD8+ T cells and NK cells, correlating with high CD122 expression (IL-2R/IL-15R β-chain).

Applications Reported:

• Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue
• Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis
• Western blotting

Applications Tested:

• Intracellular staining and flow cytometry on mouse splenocytes
• Western blotting at 5 µg/mL
• IHC of paraffin-embedded mouse tissue (≤5 µg/mL, low pH antigen retrieval)
